Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
We do not process or ship orders on Fridays or official holidays.

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes Within Egypt

  • Cairo & Giza: 1 to 4 business days

  • Other governorates: 2 to 7 business days depending on location

  • Some remote areas may require additional time.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are either fixed or area-based, and are clearly shown before completing checkout.
If any free shipping offers apply, they will be displayed during the checkout process.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (based on the contact info provided during checkout).
You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

5. Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

If an order is not received or intentionally refused without a valid reason, shipping fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
If the courier attempts delivery multiple times and fails, the order may be automatically cancelled.

6. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
However, we are working on launching this service soon.

1. وقت تجهيز الطلبات
نقوم بتجهيز الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 4 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
لا يتم الشحن أو تجهيز الطلبات في أيام الجمعة أو العطلات الرسمية.

2. خيارات ومدة التوصيل داخل مصر
القاهرة والجيزة: من 1 إلى 4 أيام عمل

المحافظات الأخرى: من 2 إلى 7 أيام عمل حسب الموقع

في بعض المناطق البعيدة، قد تستغرق الشحنة وقتًا أطول.

3. رسوم الشحن
رسوم الشحن ثابتة أو حسب المنطقة ويتم عرضها بوضوح قبل إتمام الطلب.

في حالة العروض أو الشحن المجاني، سيتم توضيح ذلك في صفحة الدفع.

4. تتبع الشحنة
بمجرد شحن طلبك، هيوصلك رسالة برقم التتبع على البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الموبايل المستخدم في الطلب.
تقدر تستخدم الرقم لمتابعة حالة الشحنة.

5. فشل التوصيل أو رفض الاستلام
في حالة عدم استلام الطلب أو رفضه بدون سبب واضح، من حقنا نخصم رسوم الشحن من أي استرداد مستحق.

لو الكابتن حاول التوصيل أكثر من مرة وفشل، هيتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.

6. الشحن الدولي
في الوقت الحالي، لا نقدم شحنًا دوليًا.
نحن نعمل على إضافة هذه الخدمة قريبًا.
