1. المقدمة

3. الطلبات والدفع

عند تقديم طلب، فإنك توافق على شراء المنتج بالسعر الموضح، شاملاً مصاريف الشحن (إن وجدت).

نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأي سبب (مثل عدم توفر المنتج أو الاشتباه في نشاط احتيالي).

جميع المدفوعات يجب أن تتم من خلال الطرق المتوفرة على الموقع (كاش، فوري، بطاقات إلكترونية... إلخ).

في حالة الرفض، سيتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع.

4. الأسعار والتوافر

جميع الأسعار قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.

قد لا تتوفر بعض المنتجات في أوقات معينة حتى لو ظهرت في الموقع.

نحرص على تحديث معلومات المخزون، لكن في بعض الحالات قد تحدث أخطاء غير مقصودة.

5. الشحن والتوصيل

يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال [2-5] أيام عمل.

نعمل مع شركات شحن موثوقة للتوصيل داخل مصر.

التأخير الناتج عن شركة الشحن لا يقع ضمن مسؤوليتنا.

سيتم تزويدك برقم تتبع بمجرد شحن الطلب.

6. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

نحن واثقون من جودة منتجاتنا، وعشان كده بنقدملك سياسة استرجاع واستبدال مرنة.

رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، ما لم يكن المنتج تالفًا أو تم شحنه بالخطأ.

7. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع التصميمات، الصور، النصوص، والشعارات المعروضة على موقع TIGO هي ملك حصري للعلامة التجارية ولا يجوز استخدامها أو إعادة إنتاجها دون إذن كتابي.

8. حدود المسؤولية

لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار الناتجة عن استخدام المنتجات بطريقة غير صحيحة أو مخالفة لتعليمات الغسيل.

استخدامك للموقع هو على مسؤوليتك الشخصية، ونحن لا نضمن خلو الموقع من الأخطاء التقنية أو التوقف المؤقت.
